Front Desk Clerk
The Forum is a non-profit, Christian based organization that provides office space. We are currently looking to fill a part-time position at the front desk. This role would serve the entire Forum, but its primary focus would be for the hospitality department. The facility is open 24 hours, and we are currently looking to fill the following shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Due to the nature of this property, the person applying for this position must be able to work flexible hours, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
The Front Desk Clerk Must Have:

A desire to represent the ministry with a positive and professional attitude.

A passion for taking care of the guest, their needs and assist coworkers in the day to day tasks.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Previous front office or hotel experience preferred.

Ability to work with computers; prefer previous PMS experience, MS office experience.

Ability to perform accurate functions using a calculator.

Ability to communicate, verbally, and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers; respond to guest requests.

The ability to understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a reservation agent, a concierge and a housekeeper.

Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

Maintain professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to guests and co-workers.

Ability to multi-task and handle stress in busy seasons.
